Adult Day Genie costs $99 per month for attendance or $299 per month for the full platform up to 100 members. Members above 100 are $5 each per month, and Medicaid billing is 1% per claim (of the claim’s billed amount).

How much does Adult Day Genie cost?
The Attendance plan is $99 per month. The Daycare Plan is $299 per month for up to 100 members, then $5 per additional member per month. The Medicaid billing add-on is 1% per claim (of the claim’s billed amount). Plans are month-to-month with no setup fee.
What happens after member 100?
The Daycare Plan adds $5 per member per month above 100. For example, 120 members cost $299 plus 20 × $5, for a total of $399 per month. If census later drops, the member count used for pricing should drop with it.
How much does the Medicaid billing add-on cost?
Billing is 1% of each claim’s billed amount — one percent. Four hundred claims averaging $100 each cost $400. The published rate applies to every claim, with no minimums and no separate module fee.
Is there a setup fee or annual contract?
No. Adult Day Genie has no setup fee and uses month-to-month plans. Centers should still ask every vendor they compare about data migration, onboarding, support, renewal, and cancellation terms.
