Adult day health care software that holds up when someone asks for the record.
ADHC centers live and die by documentation: who attended, when they arrived and left, what was provided, and what supports each billed day. Adult Day Genie keeps that record permanent, connected, and ready to hand over.
What does Adult Day Genie cover for an ADHC center?
Four commitments, each verifiable in a live demo. Adult Day Genie is operations, attendance, and billing documentation for adult day centers — not a generic HCBS suite adapted after the fact.
Attendance that can be defended
Face check-in with documented consent, manual check-in always available, and an append-only history. Corrections add an entry; the original stays visible for any reviewer.
Care plans, forms, and daily documentation
Keep care plans, intake and consent forms, and daily documentation with the member record, so the paperwork behind a billed day is findable when someone asks.
837P Medicaid claims from real attendance
The billing add-on prepares self-serve 837P claims from the connected attendance record for 1% of each claim’s billed amount, with validation and payer management.
HIPAA posture in writing
Adult Day Genie signs a Business Associate Agreement with every center and keeps protected health information behind role-based access.
What is ADHC called in your state?
Medical-model adult day services go by different names, but the documentation core is the same everywhere: attendance, services, and the paper trail behind each billed day. Program rules change — confirm current requirements with your state agency.

California
Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS)
The medical-model program that replaced the older ADHC benefit name in Medi-Cal. Centers document attendance, services, and participation for plan review.
New York
Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) and Social Adult Day Care (SADC)
Medical-model ADHC sits alongside SADC; MLTC Policy 25.05 sets minimum sign-in/out record expectations for SADC sites.
New Jersey
Adult Day Health Services (ADHS)
Medical day programs billed through NJ FamilyCare, with daily attendance and service documentation behind every billed day.
Massachusetts
Adult Day Health (ADH)
MassHealth reviews attendance and service records for billed ADH days at basic and complex levels.
Kentucky
Adult Day Health Care (ADHC)
Waiver-funded ADHC centers document attendance and services for Medicaid waiver review.
Texas
Day Activity and Health Services (DAHS)
HHSC-licensed day programs bill Medicaid in units computed from daily time-in and time-out entries on the state’s attendance record.
Pennsylvania
Older Adult Daily Living Centers
Licensed by the Department of Aging under 6 Pa. Code Chapter 11, with Medicaid participants largely paid through Community HealthChoices MCOs.

Purpose-built for adult day. Honest about the boundary.
Much of the software marketed to ADHC centers is a broad HCBS or case-management platform where adult day is one vertical among several. Adult Day Genie is built only for adult day centers, which is why the daily screen fits front-desk staff instead of case managers.
The boundary matters too: Adult Day Genie is not a cross-setting clinical EHR. Medication administration records, care plans, and forms live on the member record; if your state program requires a full EHR, confirm your documentation stack before you buy anything — including from us.

ADHC software questions
What is ADHC software?
ADHC software is software for adult day health care centers — medical-model adult day programs funded largely by Medicaid. In practice it must do three things well: record attendance in a way a reviewer can trust, keep the daily documentation behind each billed day, and turn those records into clean claims.
Is ADHC the same as adult day care?
ADHC is the medical model of adult day services: it adds health-related services and stricter documentation to the social model. States use different names — CBAS in California, ADHS in New Jersey, ADH in Massachusetts — but the record-keeping core is the same: who attended, when, what was provided, and what supports the claim.
Does Adult Day Genie replace a clinical EHR for ADHC?
No. Adult Day Genie is purpose-built for adult day centers: attendance, care plans, forms, medication administration records, family updates, reports, and 837P Medicaid claims on one member record. If your state program requires a cross-setting clinical EHR, confirm your documentation stack before you buy anything.
Is EVV required for ADHC centers?
Federal EVV applies to Medicaid personal care and home health services requiring an in-home visit, not center-based adult day services. Adult Day Genie provides EVV-grade attendance verification for the building without claiming a mandate that does not apply.
How much does ADHC software from Adult Day Genie cost?
Pricing is published: $99 per month for Attendance, $299 per month for the Daycare Plan covering up to 100 members ($5 per additional member), and the Medicaid billing add-on at 1% of each claim’s billed amount. Month-to-month, no setup fee.
