How much does Adult Day Genie cost?
Attendance is $99 per month per center. The Daycare plan is $299 per month for up to 100 members, then $5 per additional member per month. The Billing add-on is 1% of each claim’s billed amount. Use the calculator above to see your total.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee. Every plan is month-to-month, and you can cancel any time.
What happens when we pass 100 members?
Each member above 100 adds $5 per month to the Daycare plan. 120 members cost $399 per month: $299 plus 20 members at $5.
How is Billing charged?
1% of each 837P claim’s billed amount, with the Daycare plan. If you bill $40,000 in Medicaid claims in a month, Billing costs $400 that month. There is no minimum and no separate platform fee.
Is the HIPAA Business Associate Agreement included?
Yes. Adult Day Genie signs a Business Associate Agreement with every center, on every plan, at no extra charge.
Is face check-in required?
No. Face confirmation requires consent, and manual check-in is always available, so a member can decline without losing access to service.
