No. AdultDayGenie is an attendance-evidence layer, not a billing replacement. It runs alongside whatever you already use for claims and care records — you keep your existing system and add a provable check-in and check-out record on top of it.
PIN check-in is coming soon and clearly labeled as such wherever it appears. Today, check-in is captured by face verification or by a staff member confirming identity with a photo and signature — a non-biometric path is always available.
An active participant is a member currently enrolled at your center who can check in and out. Plan limits are based on active participant count, not total historical enrollment.
