Adult Day Genie publishes its prices — no quote call required. This article explains what each plan includes, how member count affects the Daycare Plan, and how month-to-month billing works.
The two plans
Attendance — $99 per month. The attendance system on its own: face check-in with consent, manual check-in always available, the append-only history, and attendance reports and exports. A fit for centers that want trustworthy attendance records first.
Daycare Plan — $299 per month. The full platform: everything in Attendance, plus members and care plans, forms, activities and meals, family updates, and the complete reporting suite. The optional Medicaid billing add-on is available on top at 1% per claim (of the claim's billed amount).
How member count affects price
The Daycare Plan covers up to 100 members at $299 per month. Above 100, each additional member is $5 per member per month — a center with 120 members pays $299 + (20 × $5) = $399 per month. Members marked inactive do not need to count against your roster, so keep member statuses current.
