The Adult Day Genie application lives at app.adcsoftware.com. This article covers signing in, the most common login problems, and how to manage staff access as your team changes.
Where to sign in
Always sign in at app.adcsoftware.com — bookmark it on every device your center uses, including the check-in tablet. The marketing site you are reading now (adultdaygenie.com) is informational; your center's data lives only in the application.
Common login problems
- Forgotten password. Use the reset option on the sign-in page and follow the email link. Check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
- Wrong address. If the page does not look like a sign-in screen, confirm you are at app.adcsoftware.com, not the marketing site.
- Deactivated account. If your administrator deactivated the account, only they can restore it — ask your center's administrator first.
- Still stuck. Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, and say what you see on screen.
Managing staff access
Every staff member should have their own login. Shared accounts undermine the record — each attendance entry, form, and update shows who recorded it, and that trail is only meaningful when logins are individual.
- Create an account when a staff member joins; deactivate it promptly when they leave.
- Deactivating never deletes history — everything the person recorded stays with the center.
- Review the account list periodically, the same way you review keys to the building.
Keeping access safe
Use passwords that are not reused from other services, sign out of shared devices at the end of the day, and keep the check-in tablet on the check-in screen rather than an administrator session. New to the platform? Start with Getting started.
